Otto Resort Group is an expansion of a NYC company that served high-end residential properties across all of Manhattan for 25yrs; with the last 7yrs of ownership under CEO Bryan Moellman. Bryan, an avid snowboarder since the age of 13, with over 30yrs of contracting experience himself, decided to broaden the company’s footprint and bring ORG to the place he loves the most - the mountains!

Bryan takes pride in efficiency, cleanliness, and overall quality of work and only hires those with similar work ethic. That is because he understands that the existence of the company depends greatly upon the satisfaction of our clients.
